RECORDING HEAD, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR RECORDING HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head of which the durability is increased, and of which the reliability is increased by reducing a stress generated by cooling at the bonded section between an electrode pad and an inner lead.

SOLUTION: The electrode pad 2 and the inner lead 8 are electrically connected in such a manner that only a part of the section where the electrode pad 2 and a stud bump 3 are in contact with is bonded at the bonded section between the electrode pad 2 and the stud bump 3.
