<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet type developing device which is excellent in both of fixing properties and transfer property with respect to the wet type developing device using wet type developers, comprising carrier liquid having a high-boiling point. <P>SOLUTION: The wet type developing device is used for an image forming apparatus which transfers a plurality of developed toner layers onto an image support. The wet type developing device comprises a plurality of wet type developing liquids, made by dispersing toner particles into nonvolatile carrier liquid, wherein a glass transition temperature of the toner particles in the wet type developing liquid used for forming the toner layer of the uppermost layer among the plurality of toner layers is higher than the glass transition temperature of the toner particles, in the wet type developing liquid used for forming the toner layer of the lowermost layer among the plurality of toner layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
