PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably drive a plasma display panel by reducing a voltage drop of a drive voltage. SOLUTION: The plasma display device includes: a scanning electrode driving circuit 43 which includes a plurality of scanning ICs 55 generating scanning pulses in a scanning period and applying them to respective scanning electrodes, and performs the driving by dividing the scanning electrodes into at least two scanning electrodes of a first scanning electrode group and a second scanning electrode group; and a power supply supplying to the scanning ICs 55 the driving voltages to be applied to the scanning electrodes. A route LA supplying the driving voltage to respective scanning ICs 55 of the scanning IC (6) from the scanning IC (1) connected to the first scanning electrode group and a route LB supplying the driving voltage to respective scanning ICs of the scanning IC (12) from the scanning IC (7) connected to the second scanning electrode group are separately provided.
