<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device allowing mounting of a dehumidifying unit only under an environment required after installing the image forming device, realizing reduction of work man-hours and work/product cost when assembling the device during production, and achieving easy and efficient arrangement. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with the dehumidifying unit 17 attachably/detachably installed on an upper surface of a paper feeding cassette. The dehumidifying unit 17 is provided with a heater body 14, a wiring part 15 to supply power to the heater body 14, and a panel part 16 for supporting the heater body 14 and the wiring part 15 to transfer heating of the heater body 14 in a plane manner.
