PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain stabilized discharge when nozzles are arranged longitudinally, and to especially enhance the image quality and the reliability of image quality when a long head is used. SOLUTION: An inkjet recording device using a recording head having a plurality of liquid discharge openings arranged linearly includes liquid channels 704 communicating with the liquid discharge openings, respectively, wherein the length of the liquid channel communicating with the liquid discharge opening changes gradually from one end toward the other end of the recording head.
