PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share an SR-IOV device which requires an interface between a PF and a VF, with a plurality of LPARs on a plurality of physical computers. SOLUTION: In an environment in which the SR-IOV device of PCI is allocated on virtual computer monitors on a plurality of physical computers via an IO switch, the PF is allocated to a first virtual computer monitor, and a plurality of VFs is allocated to the LPAR on an optional virtual computer monitor. If an event from the VF to the PF is detected by a second virtual computer monitor, a PF event is executed on the first virtual machine monitor, by communicating with the first virtual computer monitor with the PF allocated thereto. Furthermore, if the first virtual computer monitor detects an event from the PF to the VF, a VF event is executed by the LPAR on the second virtual computer monitor by communicating with the second virtual computer monitor, with a target VF allocated thereto.
