<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization of a sensor chip node by efficiently reducing power consumption of a sensor node chip. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sensor node chip is provided with a sensor element section 11 consisting of two variable capacitance elements CP, CS having capacitance values differentially varying in response to external vibration, and a sensor circuit portion 12 consisting of three or more diodes D1-D3 connected in series in a forward direction and a fixed capacitance element CS connected on the rear end thereof. The sensor node chip obtains a sensor output signal SO indicating a voltage corresponding to the external vibration by controlling each of the diodes D1-D3 so as to conduct alternately by differentially varying detection signals BP, BN obtained in the sensor element section 11 and gradually charging the fixed capacitance element CS.
