PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that can obtain an excellent electrophotographic image having high film strength, wherein on the electrophotographic image, neither image deletion nor transfer failure occurs under a high temperature and high humidity. SOLUTION: The image carrier includes: a photoreceptor; and a heating means for heating the photoreceptor. The photoreceptor is configured by stacking, on an electrically conductive support, a photosensitive layer, a protective layer containing a reaction cured product and titanium oxide particles.
