PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To autonomously determine the kind of a signal transmitted from an aircraft, in an aircraft position measuring system.

SOLUTION: The system includes a transmission pattern storage part 7 for storing information of a transmission pattern of a signal, and a signal kind determination part 6 for determining the kind of the signal based on the information of the transmission pattern stored in the transmission pattern storage part 7 after receiving each signal by regarding it entirely as the same kind of signal.
