<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved information processor, capable of automatically and efficiently editing extension information of recording data already recorded by series recording reservation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information processor is provided, which is equipped with: a recording part by which series recording for recording video images in the same preset time zone is possible; a storage part which stores a plurality of pieces of recording data recorded by the recording part; an information editing part which edits the extension information to be added to the recording data; a detection part which detects at least one or more pieces of second recording data, recorded by the series recording which is the same as that of first recording data from among the plurality of pieces of recording data stored in the storage part, when the first recording data whose extension information is edited by the information editing part is the recording data recorded by the series recording; and an information reflecting part which edits the extension information of the second recording data, based on the extension information of the first recording data edited by the information editing part.
