<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a terminal protecting cover, easily mountable with simple structure, and protecting a terminal connecting part from deposition of dust. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mounting structure includes: a case 2 formed so that its front can be mounted to a board surface in an exposed state, wherein a terminal connecting parts 5 are formed on the upper hems of its back, and slits 2a are each provided on its both right and left sides; and a protective cover 6 formed of a connecting part 6a provided facing the top face of the case 2 to cover the side of the terminal connecting parts 5, and side pieces 6b, 6c extended from both ends of the connecting part 6a along both right and left sides of the case 2 in which the slits 2a are provided. Locking pawls 7 locked to the slits 2a, and ribs 8 which abuts on the back of the case 2 when the locking pawls 7 lock the slits 2a are formed on the side pieces 6b, 6c.
