<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device capable of exhibiting proper sealability with a simple constitution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This sealing device includes a first gasket 10 pinched by a surface overlapping part of a first member and a second member, a second gasket 11 pinched by a surface overlapping part of the first member and a third member and a surface overlapping part of the second member and the third member, and a liquid seal member 12 filled in a clearance between the first gasket 10 and the second gasket 11. A recess 10d formed in a shape of cutting out an area adjacent to a tail end surface in the compression direction of a bead part 10b, is arranged on the tail end surface of the bead part 10b and an end surface 10c of the first gasket while compressing the bead part 10b to the end surface 10c of the gasket 10.
