METHOD AND COMPOSITION FOR SPECIFIC COAGULATION OF VASCULATURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various compositions and methods which have overcome restriction in prior art and are used in achieving specific blood coagulation by providing a novel composition and a method which are for use in achieving specific coagulation e.g. coagulation of tumor vasculature and in which side effects are reduced.

SOLUTION: A ligand includes following (a) and (b): (a) a first binding region which binds diseased cells, disease-related vascular components or disease-related stroma components; (b) coagulation factors or a second binding region which binds coagulation factors.
