PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molded article with a seat member constituted so that the seat member is integrally fixed to a blow molded object made of a thermoplastic resin and the surface of the seat member integrally fixed to the blow molded object is exposed, and a manufacturing method capable of easily obtaining the blow molded article with the seat member. SOLUTION: The blow molded article with the seat member is constituted so that the seat member 3 is integrally fixed to the blow molded object made of the thermoplastic resin. The seat member 3 integrally fixed to the blow molded object is formed so that its outer peripheral part is fixed to the blow molded article and at least the surface excepting the outer peripheral part of one surface of the seat member 3 is exposed. The seat member 3 is a spur washer made of a metal. A numeral 1 represents one mold, a numeral 2 the other mold, a numeral 6 a parison, and a numeral 7 an extrusion head.
