<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a local structural defect caused by explosive fracture of skeleton concrete, for example, in case of fire of a specific dwelling unit, by securing fire resistance of high-strength concrete. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fire resistance of the high-strength concrete is secured by using an ALC panel with high fire-resistive performance as fire-resistive covering for the high-strength concrete. In a mounting method for the ALC panel, at least two overhangs are provided on both the lateral sides of a main surface of a hollow box-shaped body made of a steel plate having a hollow square-shaped cross section, respectively; a nail hole is provided in the overhang; and a dedicated mounting bracket with a plurality of screw holes is used for the main surface of the hollow box-shaped body.
