<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of a hydrophobicizing agent to be added in the recovery of heavy metals from a cement kiln combustion gas extracted dust. <P>SOLUTION: A system 1 for treating a cement kiln extraction gas comprises a probe 6 to extract a part of a combustion gas from a kiln exhaust gas channel from the inlet of a cement kiln 5 to a lowermost stage cyclone, a wet dust collector 11 for wet-dust-collecting an exhaust gas G2 discharged from the cyclone 10 and containing fine powder D2, a first solid-liquid separator 21 for solid-liquid separating slurry S1 produced in the wet dust collector and a floatation machine 25 for separating the heavy metals from cake C1 separated in the first solid-liquid separator. The system 1 for treating the cement kiln extraction gas further can be provided with a second solid-liquid separator 26 for solid-liquid separating a tail T of the floatation machine, a slurry tank 22 for producing slurry S3 by adding the cake separated in the first solid-liquid separator into a liquid W2 formed in the second solid-liquid separator and a rout for supplying the slurry produced in the slurry tank to the floatation machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
