PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for removing a carbonization catalyst from a graphene sheet; a method for transferring the graphene sheet from which the carbonization catalyst is removed to a device; and the graphene sheet and the device obtained by the methods.

SOLUTION: After a binder layer to support and fix all or a part of the graphene sheet is formed on the graphene sheet formed on the carbonization catalyst, the carbonization catalyst is removed from the graphene sheet. Further, the graphene sheet from which the carbonization catalyst is removed is transferred to a device. When removing the carbonization catalyst from the graphene sheet, an acid may be used. At this time, a wetting agent may be further used.
