PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismatic structure having a large degree of freedom in the installation position of an earthquake-resisting wall, a construction method of the aseismatic structure, and a building having the aseismatic structure. SOLUTION: Bending proof stress is given to horizontal members 12, 14 by reinforcing means 38A, 38B. Vertical force applied from vertical plates 22A, 22B of a corrugated steel plate 18 is transmitted to the portions of the horizontal members 12, 14 given the bending proof stress, by vertical force transmitting means (vertical force transmitting members 48A, 48B and connecting members 44). The corrugated steel plate 18 is thereby installed on the horizontal members with weak proof stress to provide the corrugated steel plate earthquake-resisting wall 16 with the large degree of freedom in the installation position.
