PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering device capable of adding an operation reaction force according to a vehicle behavior to an operating member, and improving steering feeling. SOLUTION: A reaction force actuator 19 gives a steering wheel 1 reaction force torque Tm (operation reaction force). A reaction force setting portion 37 sets a target reaction force torque basic value T<SB>obj</SB>according to an operation angleθ, a yaw rateγ, and yaw accelerationγ'. The target reaction force torque basic value T<SB>obj</SB>is multiplied by a torque gain K<SB>T</SB>, and target reaction force torque Tm<SP>*</SP>is obtained. The reaction force actuator 19 is driven according to the target reaction force torque TM<SP>*</SP>. The target reaction force torque basic value T<SB>obj</SB>includes yaw rate reaction force components and yaw acceleration reaction force components.
