PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal circulation type parking facility for efficiently charging and operating by providing an auxiliary seat having a charging function. SOLUTION: The horizontal circulation type parking facility includes a circulating line 4 for circulating a pallet group 7 mounted with vehicles, within a horizontal plane by traverse motion on a lateral transfer line 2 and vertical motion on a vertical transfer line 3; a hoistway 11 for lifting the pallets at the side of the circulating line 4 to carry in and out the vehicles between the circulating line 4 and an entrance/exit part; and a lateral feed mechanism 8 transferring the pallets between a lift 13 of the hoistway 11 and the circulating line 4. The transfer line end of the circulating line 4 includes the auxiliary seat 30 having a power source side connector 32, and the pallet group 7 includes charging pallets 6 provided with charging relay instruments 33 connected to the power source side connector 32 of the auxiliary seat 30 to charge the vehicles mounted on the pallets.
