PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitizer which exhibits effective photo-curability by a visible ray, particularly by a visible ray of a wavelength ranging from 410 to 500 nm, without causing a problem of the metal ion exudation from the photo-cured material, and does not contain a phosphor compound. SOLUTION: Provided is a photosensitizer which comprises a 9,10-bis(silyloxy)anthracene derivative such as 9,10-bis(trimethylsilyloxy)anthracene or 9,10-bis(dimethyl-t-butylsilyloxy)anthracene as an effective ingredient.
