<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that response is late, and an imaging is performed only in either one of high brightness or low brightness when a large change in brightness occurs in an image due to flashlight during nightwatch, headlight during parking monitoring, or the like in a network camera. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A high-speed shutter is used to sequentially perform photographing at a plurality of exposure timings, the photographed result is transmitted to a host by adding information. The host side controls the data for each shutter speed, displays only data of the same shutter speed, and switches the data to data of another shutter speed (1).
