<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal with a function of displaying sealing frequency and also to provide an adapter type accessory in which a sealing counter function is mounted for an existing seal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A detector switch 4 is turned on through contraction of a spring 5 by a sealing pressure and, after sealing, the switch 4 returns to the original position by the elasticity of the spring 5. Sealing pulse information is processed by digital control, with a sealing frequency displayed in a display part 3. In the display of the sealing frequency, a totalized frequency is displayed as necessary including dates and aggregates. For an existing seal, an adaptor type accessory is provided. In an integrated model, a seal part and a regular functional part are manufactured altogether as a part of the seal from the seal manufacturing stage, which enables sealing frequency information to be grasped in a seal size. With addition of radio NW and a finger print security function, the invention can contribute to part in establishing a secured and safe society through qualification of seal users, early discovery of illegal sealing, and prevention of careless sealing mistakes, for example.
