<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of mechanical noise during operation of a pump in a diaphragm pump. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lower end of a drive shaft 5 is pivotally attached in an inclined state with respect to an output shaft 3a to a portion of a crank base 4 integrally rotating with the output shaft 3a of a motor 3 and eccentric from the output shaft 3a. The drive shaft 5 is inserted in a non-through-hole 7 of a drive body 6, and the drive body 6 is rotatably pivoted to the drive shaft 5. Each diaphragm part 14 of a diaphragm 13 is attached to a drive element 8 of the drive body 6, and the diaphragm parts 14 form pump chambers 20A, 20B along with a valve holder 16.
