PURPOSE: An ink cartridge cap opener to recycle expensive imported cartridge is provided to divide an ink cartridge and a cap which are fused with ultrasonic wave. CONSTITUTION: An ink cartridge cap opener comprises a body(100), a pressurization handle(200) and an open blade part(300). A plurality of supporting rods(110) is installed on the bottom surface of the body. The body comprises a cartridge jig(120) settled in an ink cartridge(10). The body comprises a support piece(130) with a hinge shaft(140). The pressurization handle is hinge-coupled in order to rotate along with the support piece around the hinge shaft. The open blade part is installed in the center of the pressurization handle.
