<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the function of an ideal power source which has an extremely small impedance value and an extremely small transmission coefficient value to a band exceeding 1 [Ghz] and can not be achieved by a capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: A low impedance loss line comprises an anode foil 19, cathode foils 15 and 23, dielectric oxide films 16, 18, 20, and 22, and solid electrolytic layers 17 and 21 formed of conductive polymers consisting of nanosize particles with which a separator is impregnated. The low impedance loss line serves for rectification. Thus, a line comprising the anode foil 19 and cathode foil 23 functions when a ground line or a ground plate is connected to the cathode foil 23 and a power supply line having a positive voltage is connected to the cathode foil 15, and a line comprising the anode foil 19 and cathode foil 15 functions when the ground line or the ground plate is connected to the cathode foil 15 and the power supply line having the positive voltage is connected to the cathode foil 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
