PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a conventional structure for clearance adjustment (expansion and return) carried out by reversing the rotary plate and vertically moving the rotary plate via a cum means so as to eliminate clogging, is simple but deniable to be bothersome because the clearance adjustment can be easily performed but requires two operations to be carried out.

SOLUTION: The device for pressurizing and depressurizing on the rotary plate of the device for separating and eliminating the foreign matters from the raw laver includes: a sleeve fit up to a rotary axis of a mixture liquid tank; a rotary plate formed at the lower end of the sleeve; a connecting plate fixing the sleeve and the rotary axis; a circular intermediate member set up to the upper end of the sleeve; a lock capsule pipe screwed to the upper end of the rotary axis; a pair of lock levers pivotally and eccentrically attached to the notch part of the armor part of the lock capsule pipe; a notch part set up to the lower surface corner part of the lock lever in an axis direction; and a lock nut screwed to the rotary axis to which the lock capsule pipe is fastened.
