<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl apparatus easily preventing the generation of a bad smell from between a toilet seat support member and the top face of a toilet bowl body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the toilet seat support member 2 to which a toilet seat 3e and a toilet bowl lid 3f are fitted to freely turn in the rising and falling directions, an outer shell is formed by an elevating front base plate 3a disposed in the fore part of a seat part and a bottomless box-shaped cover 3d made of synthetic resin. The front base plate 3a is provided with a hot water washing nozzle for washing the buttock of a human body with hot water. The base of the front base plate 3a is provided with an ultraviolet LED 3g for emitting an ultraviolet ray toward a lower region S of the toilet seat support member when the toilet seat support member 2 is raised.
