摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CaTiO<SB>3</SB>:Pr phosphor having much higher luminance than before and a fluorescent display. SOLUTION: Since a CaTiO<SB>3</SB>:Pr, Zn, R phosphor is obtained by adding Pr as a first additive and Zn as a second additive to CaTiO<SB>3</SB>to obtain a CaTiO<SB>3</SB>:Pr, Zn phosphor and further adding Rb or Cs(R) as a third additive to the CaTiO<SB>3</SB>:Pr, Zn phosphor, the luminance of the CaTiO<SB>3</SB>:Pr, Zn, R phosphor can be made much higher than that of the conventional CaTiO<SB>3</SB>phosphor. It is preferable that 0.003-0.05 (mol%) first additive Pr, 1-5 (mol%) second additive Zn and 1-8 (mol%) third additive R are added to 100 (mol%) parent body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
