PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delayed interferometer which can arrange input/output ports without being restricted by the distance between two adjacent ports and facilitate downsizing of a Michelson type delayed interferometer unit installed therewithin. SOLUTION: The delayed interferometer installing the Michelson type delayed interferometer unit within a package having a first sidewall and a second sidewall orthogonal to each other includes: the Michelson type delayed interferometer unit which outputs first interference output light obtained by processing input light input through an input port provided on the first sidewall from a first output port provided on the first sidewall and outputs second interference output light from a second output port provided on the second sidewall; and a first optical axis shift member which shifts the optical axis position of the first interference output light to be parallel to the first sidewall and inputs it to the first output port.
