<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of a switching processing, performing the management and the search of data easily. <P>SOLUTION: Virtual hubs 1-3 include a transmitting virtual port which assigns the transfer destination virtual port of a frame for every virtual port, and a stream switching table which holds a mapping with a transmitting stream number of an SCTP used in transmitting the frame to the transmitting virtual port. When the frame which serves as a trigger for generating a stream switching path from a certain virtual port is received, the frame is transmitted to all other virtual ports using the stream number of the SCTP unused in the stream switching table of each virtual port; and the virtual port which has received the frame and the stream number of the SCTP used in the reception of the frame are respectively set as the transmitting virtual port, to the transmitting stream number in an entry indexed by the stream number used in the transmission of the stream switching table of each virtual port. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
