<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite film having photocurability and weatherability. <P>SOLUTION: The composite film contains at least a urethane polymer. The initial b* value (at an angle of 15°) as measured by a spectrocolorimeter and the b* value after 120 hours in an accelerated weathering test (at an angle of 15°) are both≤4.0.
