<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuner receiving part having excellent reception sensitivity on a weak electric field input level. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tuner receiving part 102 receives 1 segment from a tuner part 107. The tuner part 107 is provided with: a mixer 123 for supplying a terrestrial digital television broadcast signal with one input; a local oscillator 127 supplied for the other input of the mixer 123; an output terminal 107b supplied by an intermediate frequency signal output by the mixer 123; and a PLL circuit 129 for controlling the local oscillator 127. A reference oscillator 115 for supplying the PLL circuit 129 with a reference signal is provided. An oscillation frequency of the local oscillator 127 is frequency lower than a reception segment just for Δf, and at the same time, an oscillation frequency of the reference oscillator 115 is integral multiple with respect to a frequency of channel intervals of the terrestrial digital television broadcast signal.
