<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel for area color display, wherein display blur in a boundary part of a display area can be eliminated, and a method for manufacturing the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information display panel has three or more kinds of color particles constituting a display medium having different display colors, enclosed between two substrates facing each other at least one of which is transparent, and displays information like an image in display colors varied by areas of a display screen, and a boundary mask part 23 consisting essentially of a color resin is provided in boundaries of different color display areas.
