PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RC discharge circuit having improved measuring resolution, or the like. SOLUTION: This RC discharge circuit (33) for discharging the charge accumulated in a capacitor (C) through a resistance part including electric resistances (R1, R2) has a constitution equipped with a time constant changing part (33a) including a detection part for detecting a charge voltage of the capacitor, and operated when the charge voltage of the capacitor becomes below a prescribed threshold (Vth), for changing a charge time constant specified by a capacitance of the capacitor and a resistance value of the resistance part by changing the whole resistance value of the resistance part.
