PURPOSE: An automatic tool changer is provided, which makes a tool exchanged in the stable state by minimizing moment of inertia. CONSTITUTION: An automatic tool changer comprises a cam wheel(20), a link(30), a turret(140), a housing(170), a housing shaft, a spline shaft(150), an outer shaft(190), and an automatic tool changer arm(90). The cam wheel is equipped with first and second cams(21,22) in the side and outer circumference. The link comprises a first cam follower(31) and a guide roller(32). The turret has a second cam follower and a first gear. The housing has first and second bearings. The housing shaft has a second gear going in gear with the first gear. One side of the outer shaft is linked with a spline shaft. The automatic tool changer arm is linked with the spline shaft.
