<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rope end fixing device capable of preventing the collapse of a rope. <P>SOLUTION: The rope end fixing device is constituted of a wedge member 2 arranged to hold the rope 1, a holding member 3 for holding an end of the rope 1, an elastic body 4 inserted between the wedge member 2 and the holding member 3, and a socket 5 into which the wedge member 2, the holding member 3 and the elastic body 4 are inserted. The collapse of the rope is prevented by fixing the rope without bending the rope. As a result, the contact of wire bundles with each other can be avoided at the end of the rope coated with resin, and the inspection of the rope by using electric resistance can be accurately performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
