PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect information disclosed on a Web server more efficiently than normally.

SOLUTION: An image forming device 1 is provided with; a browsing setting table storage part 131 which stores keywords users designate; a determination part 104 for determining whether updating is made or not which retrieves information which includes not only updated or added content but also the keyword stored in the browsing setting table storage part 131, from among disclosed information which is information open to the public on a server; and a printing control part 106, which controls a printing unit so that the retrieved information may be printed.
