<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fibers for reinforcing cement and the like which exhibit superior reinforcing effects in bending strength, bending toughness and shock resistance and which do not inhibit flowability when working. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Provided are stable fibers for reinforcing cement which have a tensile modulus of 45 GPa or more, a length of 1-60 mm and a single yarn fineness of 10-100 dtex.
