<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position guiding device 8 for a transported hoop material 1, which is capable of position-guiding the hoop material 1 even when the hoop material 1 has a projecting part and coping with the fine change in the upper and lower direction of the hoop material 1. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hoop position guiding device 8 includes a one end side guiding unit 18 of a hoop material 1 in its width direction M and an another side guiding unit 19. The one end side guiding unit 18 includes a one end side guiding part 16 capable of rocking around a one end side rotary shaft 21 and position-guiding the one end side at the chip and one end side coil springs 22, 22 pressing the one end side guiding part 16 to the front and the rear in the transportation direction of the rotary shaft 21. The other end side guiding unit 19 includes an another end side guiding part 17 capable of rocking around an another end side rotary shaft 28 and position-guiding the other end side at the chip and other end side coil springs 29, 29 pressing the other end side guiding part 17.
