PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cleaner composition which has a high cleaning effect and can give flexibility to a fiber product. SOLUTION: The liquid cleaner composition comprises: (a) a nonionic surfactant; (b) a component selected from (b1) a reaction product produced by quaternizing a specific esterified reactant and (b2) a specific compound expressed by general formula (b2); and (c) water, wherein the (a)/(b) mass ratio is in a specific range, and the pH at 20°C is in the range of 1-4.
