PURPOSE:To improve remarkably the machining speed by a method wherein a high viscous material containing grind grain is flowing compressively on a machining surface. CONSTITUTION:A high viscous material 4 containing grind grain is held within a recess of a workpiece 2 formed by machining surface 5, the recess thereof is covered with a flexible material 6 to form a sealed chamber. Next, a plurality of compressed materials 10, 11 are alternately reciprocated vertically by turning the cam 12 to compress the high viscous material 4 through the flexible material 6 for compressing the machining surface 5, permitting the high viscous material 4 to flow alternately toward right and left directions. This enables to grind the machining surface 5 quickly by repeating the compressed flow of the high viscous material 4 on the machined surface 5. |
