System for managing data for access by numerous users, which system involves generating an electronic database which contains numerous data fields and is stored in a central unit to which a user can input data related to the electronic database and referring to offers to be given, said data being displayed for another group of users looking for offers, and interconnection to external terminals via communication channels such that receiving users receive information relating to the input of new data in said electronic database at predetermined intervals of time.
