POLYMER POLYOL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYURETHANE

Provided is a polymer polyol whereby the problem of blowing-head blockage which arises when producing polyurethane foam by mechanical blowing using conventional polymer polyol as the raw material and the problem of inadequate hardness of the polyurethane foam obtained are resolved.  The polymer polyol (A) has fine polymer particles (JR) having ethylenic unsaturated compound (E) structural units included in a polyol (PL), and said polyol (PL) includes a polyol (a) of which the average number of mol of ethylene oxide added per active hydrogen (x) and the primary hydroxylation rate of the terminal hydroxyl groups (y) satisfies a specified relationship, and the volume average particle diameter (R) of (JR) is from 0.1 to 1.5 µm.
