PURPOSE: A central control device and a method of a mesh-shaped network without access point or a central point are provided to improve the communication system performance equipping a semi-mesh type topology and relay system information. CONSTITUTION: A receiver component receives a mesh message including an initiation message. The initiation message comprises data which presently reflects the identity of the control node. A processor component generates the mesh message. A transmitter component transmits the message including the Initiation message to a WTRU(Wireless Transmit Receive Unit).
