<p>A ratchet wrench includes a drive member rotatably received in a body. Two pawls are releasably engaged with teeth of the drive member. A control member is pivotable between first, second, and third operative positions about a pivot axis to change the driving direction of the ratchet wrench. When the control member is in the second operative position, the pawls are engaged with the teeth of the drive member, allowing the drive member to rotate in either of two directions driving the fastener, and not allowing free rotation of the drive member in either of the two directions without driving the fastener. The control member includes a control section having first and second outer corners selectively engaged with the pawls. An angle between a first line (L 1 ) passing through the first outer corner and the pivot axis and a second line (L 2 ) passing through the second outer corner and the pivot axis is not greater than 100°.</p> |
