The system investigates information about available free parking space (8) by using a parking space investigating vehicle (1). The parking space investigating vehicle transmits the information directly to a parking space searching vehicle (2) or indirectly to the parking space searching vehicle via a control center (3). The direct information exchange between the vehicles is performed via an air interface such as Global System for Mobile communications (GSM), Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS)and wireless local area network (WLAN). |
