PURPOSE:To make the inside volume of measuring chambers and small and the exchanging of resistors simple by laminating resistor substrates provided like bridge connectors in the through-holes formed in plate surfaces thereby constituting the measuring chambers. CONSTITUTION:Throgh-holes 2, 3, 4, and 5 are formed in the plate surfaces of two pieces of substrates 1, and resistors 6 and 7 are installed like bridge connectors in the holes 2 and 4. Two pieces of such substrates 1 are laminated to one body by way of a spacer 11 formed with through-holes 12, 13 and 14. Further both side surfaces which are formed into one body are provided with a side plate 15 formed with through-holes 16 and 17 in the positions corresponding to the holes 3 and 4, and a side plate 18 formed with through-holes 21 and 19 in the position corresponding to the hole 4 and in the positions without corresponding to any of the through-holes of the substrate 1 and having recesses forming flow passages 20 communicating with the through-holes 2, 3, and 19, respectively. |
