PURIFICATION METHOD OF QUINAZOLINONE COMPOUND

PURPOSE: A quinazolinone compound of high purity and isolation and purification of the compound are provided to suppress impurities generated at high temperature using water soluble organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A method of isolating and purifying quinazolinone fluorescence material comprises: a step of resolving the quinazolinone fluorescence material of the chemical formula 1 in weak alkali solution; a step of removing cation from the quinazolinone solution through cation exchange resin; a step of concentrating the solution through vacuum then extracting water soluble organic solvent; and a step of recrystalizing acetic acid, formic acid or glycolic acid.
