PURPOSE: A pre-cast concrete panel with inner spaces filled with insulating materials is provided to reduce air by mounting the inner spaces filled with insulating materials. CONSTITUTION: A pre-cast concrete panel with inner spaces filled with insulating materials comprises a housing(110) and a connection parts(200,300). The housing is filled with insulation, soundproof waterproofing and moisture-proof construction material. The connection part is assembled horizontally and vertically.
